James Bererton teaches science at M. E. LaZerte Composite High School in Edmonton. He pioneered the use of videodisc technology in the classroom to meet the needs of his students, who tend to be strong visual learners. Since the beginning of the program, students have performed better in school and have had an increased enthusiasm for science, technology and mathematics.
