Deborah Graham is providing TLC of the usual kind to her Grade 1 students at Judique Creignish Consolidated School in Inverness County, Nova Scotia. Through her þTerrific Learning Centers program, she give students the extra benefit of a well thought out, imaginative science curriculum. Spurred on by the lack of good materials for teaching science to young children, Ms. Graham developed the program to meet this need. The program covers topics such as The Sea and Jungle Animals that can last for two to six weeks.
